Adult ADHD · time blindness · initiation

Capture the swirl.
Walk the path.

Built for adults whose days collapse under too many open loops. Externalize the swirl so working memory doesn't have to hold it. A companion keeps one task in view. A sixty-second sensory protocol gets you across the start line — school, work, the rest of a life.

The Path

Look up from the screen. Name five things you can see.

A mug, a window, the color of a wall. Ordinary is perfect.

Loop is holding the hour with you.

Loop is overstimulated. Rest is a tool, not a reward.

How it works

Time blindness is not laziness. Initiation is the bottleneck.

01

Externalize

Voice or text. Dump the swirl out of working memory — assignments, duties, the bill, the prayer you keep postponing. Capture is offloading, not a new system to maintain.

02

One object

A companion holds a single task in view. ADHD interest-based attention cannot track twelve priorities. The Now card is the only object until it is done.

03

Initiate

The Path is sixty seconds of sensory grounding (5–4–3–2–1). It is body doubling for the activation-energy gap — the expensive part of executive function.

04

Close the loop

Then the real step. Completion is the dopamine, not a streak. Sparks mark work you started. Missing a day changes nothing about your capacity.

The software

Home is a place, not a list. The companion is a cue.

Illustrated rooms. Six forest companions — hare, fox, hedgehog, raccoon, owl, deer — painted as thinking house-pets. The coral card is the only task that exists until it doesn't.

Loop is overstimulated. Rest is a tool, not a reward.

Sixty seconds.
Then the real task.

5-4-3-2-1 with your senses. A little dopamine. Then Bio chapter 4 — not a random puzzle. Play it here, or open the phone shot on the right: that is the actual ritual.
